Our Mental Health Training & Development Unit (MHTDU) provides learning and skill development opportunities by experts in the field. All training is aligned with the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Workforce Capability Framework.

We offer workshops and programs for mental health practitioners of all disciplines. We advocate for both the Consumer and Carer workforce to participate in planning and delivering training.

Who can attend our workshops?

Our workshops and programs are designed for mental health professionals of all disciplines, but are open to all healthcare workers. Contact us at mhtdu@mh.org.au for more information about whether a workshop is suitable for you.

Fees

Our workshops are free for all staff from the RMH and Specialist Program (OSP).

For participants not currently employed by the RMH or Specialist Program (OSP), attendance fees are as follows:

  • Full-day workshop: $150 (including GST)
  • Two-day workshop: $250 (including GST)
